What you'll do
- Deliver support per the participant's NDIS plan (Core / Capacity Building).
- Community access transport, social and recreational engagement.
- Personal care, meal prep, household tasks, medication prompts where authorised.
- Maintain participant records aligned to NDIS Practice Standards.
What you need
- NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module completed.
- First Aid + CPR current.
- Driver's licence + reliable vehicle preferred.
