Real React component. Worker names are fictional. All data is example-only — a demonstration of how the product looks and behaves, not a live customer environment.
Most care training is theatre. Skill2Care is evidence.
Care providers run mandatory training because they have to. Workers click through modules they don't engage with. Certificates print and go in a folder. Auditors arrive and ask: who actually demonstrated competency? Who signed the practical? Where's the evidence that this worker can safely lift a resident, follow infection control protocols, or handle a HIDPA support? Most providers cannot answer those questions defensibly.
Skill2Care is built differently. Theory is delivered on-device, with assessment that confirms understanding. Practical competencies — Manual Handling, HIDPA, medication awareness — require a Registered Nurse to sign off the worker after observing the demonstration. Every sign-off captures the RN's name, AHPRA registration, the worker's name, the date, and the specific competency demonstrated. The certificate that prints carries the trail. The credential lives in the worker's OzlerPass and the employer's OzlerShield. When the auditor asks "who can safely lift a resident," you can show them.

How Skill2Care works
From enrolment to RN-signed credential — in 4 steps.
Enrol your team
Bulk-import workers via CSV or sync from your HRIS. Assign role-based learning paths (PCA, EN, RN, FSA, Cleaner). Workers receive a welcome email or SMS with their OzlerPass link.
Theory delivered on-device
Workers complete modules on phone, tablet, or desktop. Video, narration, quizzes, scenario assessments. Progress tracked in real time. Manager dashboard shows who's done, who's overdue.
Practical sign-off by your RN
For competencies requiring practical demonstration (Manual Handling, HIDPA), Skill2Care schedules the practical session, captures the RN's sign-off in the app, and verifies the RN's AHPRA registration in real time.
Credentials flow to OzlerPass and OzlerShield
On completion, the certificate generates with worker name, modules covered, RN signature where applicable, and a verifiable QR code. The credential lives in the worker's OzlerPass and the employer's OzlerShield. Auditors see the trail.

Three themes, built deep.
What the product actually does — grouped by outcome, not feature list.
Modules built for Australian care
Generic LMS platforms host care-sector content as a side line. Skill2Care is care-sector first.
Every module is written to the Australian regulatory framework — Aged Care Act 2024, NDIS Practice Standards, Support at Home, the relevant WHS codes of practice, the Strengthened Quality Standards supporting actions. Content is written by Australian RNs and clinical educators. Examples are local. Terminology is local. The credential outputs are recognised by Australian auditors.
A generic LMS will give you a manual handling module written for warehouse workers and ask you to make it work for an aged care setting. Skill2Care's manual handling module is built for aged care from the first frame — the resident transfer, the bariatric scenario, the dementia-related resistance, the bedside hoist. The same module mapped to NDIS supports starts with the participant in their own home, in their own chair, with their own equipment.
RN-signed practical competencies
Theory is one half. Practical demonstration is the other.
For competencies that involve physical risk — Manual Handling, complex bowel care, tube feeding, tracheostomy management — Skill2Care includes a practical sign-off workflow that requires a Registered Nurse to observe the demonstration and sign off the worker as competent. The RN's AHPRA registration is verified at the moment of sign-off. The competency record carries the RN's name, the worker's name, the date, and the specific tasks demonstrated.
This is the Module 1 HIDPA workflow that NDIS audits require — built into the platform, not bolted on. When an auditor asks "who signed off this worker on bowel care, on what date, with what AHPRA registration," the answer is in the credential record. Not in an email thread. Not in a paper folder. Not lost when the educator left two years ago.
Credential outputs that flow to OzlerPass and OzlerShield
Other training platforms produce a PDF certificate and stop. Skill2Care produces structured credential data.
Skill2Care produces structured credential data that flows directly into OzlerPass (the worker's wallet) and OzlerShield (the employer's compliance system). When a worker completes a module, OzlerShield's compliance score updates instantly. When a credential is about to expire, OzlerShield flags it before it does. When the worker moves to a new employer who also runs OzlerShield, the credential travels with them via OzlerPass.
Training that produces evidence flowing into the workforce trust system — not training that produces paper that goes in a folder. The auditor doesn't accept paper anymore. The Commission expects to see structured evidence on demand. Skill2Care is built to deliver that evidence by the time the auditor knocks.
Concrete numbers, mapped to regulation.
Skill2Care launches with 8 modules built for Australian aged care, NDIS, and home care. The RN-signed practical sign-off workflow ships from day one and is HIDPA-ready. Accredited qualifications via RTO partnerships are scheduled for year two; until those partnerships are signed, our library is non-accredited training mapped to the Strengthened Quality Standards supporting actions and NDIS Practice Standards Quality Indicators. Every credential we issue is structured, signed, and verifiable.
How Skill2Care works with the rest of the Ozler platform
Ozler is one platform with six capabilities. These are three of the loops where this capability hands off to the others — and receives work back.
Credentialing Loop
Module completion → certificate generated → OzlerPass updated → OzlerShield credential record updated → roster compliance gate checks pass.
Audit Evidence Loop
Strengthened Quality Standards 5.5 audit prep in OzlerReady identifies training gaps → Skill2Care auto-enrols workers in needed modules → completion evidence flows back to OzlerReady's evidence pack.
Incident Response Loop
OzlerSIRS records a Priority 2 incident with a training-gap root cause → Skill2Care auto-assigns the relevant refresher module to the worker → completion closes the incident's training action.

Ozler is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or certified by the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission, the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, or the Australian Government Department of Health, Disability and Ageing. Skill2Care™ is a tool to help providers meet their regulatory obligations. It does not replace the provider's responsibility to comply with the Aged Care Act 2024, NDIS Act 2013, and associated Rules and Practice Standards.
Ozler is new. We built it because the people running Australian care operations deserve better tools — workforce and compliance as one system, not two. If that resonates, we want to work with you directly.
We're onboarding a small cohort of design partners — aged care and NDIS providers who help shape the product in exchange for early access, direct founder support, and preferential pricing.
Answers to the real buyer objections.
Module library and content
Eight modules built for Australian care: Manual Handling, Infection Prevention and Control, Aged Care Code of Conduct, NDIS Code of Conduct, SIRS Awareness, Elder Abuse Awareness, WHS in Care, and Dementia Foundations. Each module is mapped to the Strengthened Quality Standards supporting actions and NDIS Practice Standards Quality Indicators.
Not at launch. The launch library is non-accredited training mapped to the regulatory framework. Accredited qualifications (Cert III in Individual Support, Cert IV in Ageing Support) are scheduled for year two via RTO partnerships — your testamur, our delivery infrastructure.
When the regulations change. New SIRS guidance, an Aged Care Rules tranche, an updated Practice Standard — we update affected modules and push them to your library at no additional cost. Australian RNs and clinical educators write the content; we don't outsource the rewrite.
Yes — on Essentials and Professional tiers. You can author your own modules using our content tooling, attach them to role-based learning paths, and capture completion evidence the same way you would for a Skill2Care module.
RN sign-off and practical competencies
Yes. Skill2Care's RN-signed practical workflow is built around the NDIS Module 1 High Intensity Daily Personal Activities (HIDPA) requirement — worker training delivered and signed off by a clinician, with the clinician's AHPRA registration verified at the moment of sign-off. The competency record is structured, dated, signed, and exportable.
You use your own clinical staff — your RN, EN, or clinical educator — to sign off practicals. Skill2Care provides the workflow, the AHPRA verification at the moment of sign-off, and the credential record. If you don't have clinical staff in-house, our nursing agency can place a clinical educator with you for sign-off sessions.
When the RN signs off a worker in-app, Skill2Care queries the AHPRA public register in real time, confirms the RN's registration is current, and stamps that confirmation into the credential record. The auditor sees the registration number, the registration status at the moment of sign-off, and the timestamp.
RTO partnerships and accredited qualifications
Year two. We're working with selected RTO partners on accredited Cert III in Individual Support and Cert IV in Ageing Support pathways. Until those partnerships are signed, we publish accredited pathway mapping as "Planned" — our non-accredited library is live and ready to use today.
We're in conversation with several RTOs across Victoria and nationally. We'll publish partners as agreements are signed. If your organisation is an RTO interested in partnership, reach out via /contact.
Under our RTO partnership model, the partner RTO is the issuing authority — their testamur, their accreditation, their RTO code. Skill2Care is the delivery infrastructure. Your learners get a recognised qualification; the RTO maintains the regulatory relationship with ASQA.
Integration with OzlerPass and OzlerShield
No. Skill2Care works as a standalone training platform. You get completion tracking, RN sign-off workflow, evidence packs, and OzlerPass credential issuance. The Ozler-wide integrations (compliance scoring, roster gates, audit pack export) activate when you add OzlerShield or OzlerReady.
Their credentials travel with them via OzlerPass. OzlerPass is free forever for every worker — they own their credential history, not you. When they start a new role with another Ozler customer, that employer can verify their credentials in seconds.
When a worker completes a Skill2Care module or receives an RN sign-off, the structured credential data is written to OzlerPass and OzlerShield in the same transaction. There's no integration to configure — it's one data layer, not three connected systems.
Pricing and commitment
You get full platform access — every feature unlocked — for three months. No credit card required to start. Migration of your existing training records is included. When you're ready to pay, you choose your plan.
We'll have a conversation about your usage, the modules that worked for your team, and the plan that fits. There's no auto-billing trap — if you decide Skill2Care isn't for you, we'll export your data and walk you through migration to whatever you choose next.
No on the trial. On paid plans, the minimum is whatever matches your workforce size — we don't charge you for seats you don't use. Talk to us about how your workforce splits across roles and we'll quote accordingly.
