What you must do — and how Ozler helps.
Every obligation below is paired with the Ozler capabilities that address it. One data layer across the whole row.
Worker compliance for in-home delivery
Aged Care Act 2024 · Support at Home framework
OzlerShield monitors every in-home worker's credentials — AHPRA, Worker Screening, First Aid, state WWCC, manual-handling currency. The OzlerPass worker passport (now part of OzlerShield) makes those credentials portable so the worker arriving at the participant's home has verifiable compliance in their pocket.
Restorative Care Pathway and End-of-Life Pathway
SaH funded pathways · specialist worker competencies
Skill2Care delivers the specialist training modules with RN-signed practical sign-off where required. Manual Handling and HIDPA practicals are signed off in-app with AHPRA verification at the moment of sign-off.
Policy compliance under the SaH framework
Support at Home Rules · DoHDA
OzlerPolicy ships a Support at Home template library covering fees and charges disclosure, budget management, pathway eligibility, and worker suitability. When the SaH Rules are amended, affected policies flag themselves. Included free with any paid Ozler capability.
SIRS Priority 1 within 24 hours — from a private home
SIRS now applies to Support at Home · Aged Care Act 2024
OzlerSIRS works offline. Workers capture an incident from any home, on any connection — it queues locally and syncs when connectivity returns. AI triage classifies Priority 1 correctly even when context is sparse. The 24-hour countdown starts on capture, not on submission.
Quarterly participant budget management + price caps from 1 July 2026
DoHDA · price transparency on My Aged Care
OzlerReady's readiness module covers the fee-disclosure and budget-governance obligations. Your published prices on My Aged Care are auditable against the caps. Board-level governance reports are produced from the same data layer for responsible persons.

Mobile workers, ready for the home visit.
Our nursing agency staffs home care services across Victoria — RNs, ENs, support workers, allied health. Every worker arrives at the participant's home with their OzlerPass on their phone — AHPRA registration, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, manual-handling currency, Skill2Care training records.
For Support at Home delivery, the participant or family member can verify the worker's credentials at the door. For the provider, the rostering gate prevents an uncompliant worker being sent in the first place.

Sector-specific questions, answered.
Yes. The Aged Care Act 2024 extended SIRS obligations to Support at Home providers. Priority 1 incidents still must be reported within 24 hours, even when the incident occurs in a participant's private home. OzlerSIRS is designed for this — offline-tolerant capture, Priority 1 triage that works without a manager nearby, and the 24-hour countdown that starts on capture.
The mobile app stores incident data locally and queues it for upload. When connectivity returns (the worker's home Wi-Fi, the next 4G zone, the facility at end of shift), the queue syncs. The 24-hour reporting clock starts from the moment of capture — so a weak signal doesn't push you out of the window.
Participant-level funding calculations typically live in your care-management or CRM system. Ozler handles the governance layer: which pathway was assigned, why, when, what the eligibility evidence was, and how the fee-disclosure obligation was met. Integration patterns exist for common SaH-aware CRMs.
OzlerPolicy tracks your fee-disclosure publication. OzlerReady evidences that your published My Aged Care prices align with the applicable caps. When a price changes, the audit trail is continuous.
Most start with three — OzlerShield (with the worker passport), OzlerSIRS, and OzlerPolicy — and add Skill2Care for workforce competency and OzlerReady when registration renewal or board governance pressure arrives. OzlerPolicy is included free with any paid capability, so it's never an extra cost decision.
One platform, one data layer. The capabilities are configured per sector your tenant operates in. A worker who supports both a residential resident and an NDIS participant has one credential record, one training history. Your compliance team doesn't duplicate work across sectors.
