What you must do — and how Ozler helps.
Every obligation below is paired with the Ozler capabilities that address it. One data layer across the whole row.
Mandatory SIL/platform registration — 1 July 2026
NDIS Commission · announced 18 December 2025
OzlerReady prepares your certification audit pack against the relevant Practice Standards Modules. OzlerPolicy supplies the policy library. OzlerShield evidences worker screening. The evidence is ready before the audit is scheduled.
NDIS Worker Screening Check expiry waves
First wave began 1 February 2026 · rolling until 2031
OzlerShield monitors NWSD status for every worker, automates renewal outreach, and flags any drift within 24 hours. The OzlerPass worker passport (now part of OzlerShield) makes the worker's clearance portable across employers — the next role doesn't re-wait for a screening number.
Module 1 HIDPA — RN-signed worker training
High Intensity Daily Personal Activities · Practice Standards
Skill2Care delivers the training. The RN sign-off is captured in-app with AHPRA verification at the moment of sign-off. The competency record carries the RN's name, the worker's name, the date, and the specific tasks demonstrated — the exact audit evidence the Commission asks for.
Incident management under NDIS Quality and Safeguards
Reportable incidents · NDIS Commission
OzlerSIRS captures from a worker's phone in 90 seconds. AI triage classifies against NDIS categories. Portal-ready submission to the NDIS Commission. A clinician approves before anything is filed.
NDIS Code of Conduct compliance
All NDIS workers · NDIS Commission
Skill2Care's NDIS Code of Conduct module is mandatory training delivered on-device with an assessment. OzlerPolicy supplies the underpinning organisational policy. OzlerShield records each worker's completion as a credential against the Code.
The six capabilities — scored for this sector.
How each of the Ozler capabilities serves this sector's regulatory surface. Not every capability is equally used by every provider.
Pre-credentialed NDIS workers — including HIDPA-trained staff.
Our nursing agency supplies compliant NDIS workers across Victoria — RNs, ENs, support workers, allied health, including Module 1 HIDPA-trained staff. Every worker arrives with their OzlerPass on their phone — current NDIS Worker Screening Check, AHPRA registration where relevant, NDIS Code of Conduct training, Skill2Care HIDPA practical sign-offs.
Verified credential pack on arrival. The NWSD drift that used to get discovered mid-shift is captured before the worker walks in. Audit evidence is structural, not assembled.

Sector-specific questions, answered.
From 1 July 2026, Supported Independent Living (SIL) providers and platform providers must be registered with the NDIS Commission. Other provider categories have different registration pathways. Ozler is configured for SIL and platform provider certification by default; Verification Module customers can switch to a lighter configuration.
OzlerShield polls the NWSD daily. When a clearance is within 30 days of expiry, the worker and their manager are notified automatically. Renewals already in progress are tracked. If a clearance lapses, the rostering compliance gate prevents the worker from being scheduled until a new clearance is issued. The worker passport carries the new clearance to every linked employer the same day.
Yes. Skill2Care delivers the HIDPA training modules. An authorised RN captures the practical sign-off in-app, with AHPRA verification at the moment of sign-off. The attestation lives in OzlerShield (for your tenant's audit trail) and the worker's OzlerPass (for portability). Your Quality Indicator evidence is complete without a separate spreadsheet.
OzlerSIRS generates the reportable incident submission in the format the Commission accepts. Depending on the Commission's current portal state, submission is either direct API or CSV download and manual upload. Either way, the content is ready — you're not reformatting from scratch.
Yes. Most of the platform is sector-agnostic; providers operating across NDIS and aged care run one system. Sector-specific nuances (SIRS under Aged Care Act vs NDIS Quality and Safeguards, for example) are configured in your tenant.
OzlerReady monitors the Commission's consultation outputs and flags the likely impact on your Module obligations. Your score updates as the guidance firms up.
