OzlerPass™

The credential wallet that travels with the worker. AHPRA, NDIS Worker Screening, Police Check, First Aid, training records, RN-signed practicals — all source-verified, dated, signed, in the worker's pocket. Free for every care worker in Australia, forever. Employers verify through OzlerShield if they run it, or via a secure portal share link if they don't.

Free foreverOzlerPass is free for every care worker in Australia. No subscription, no renewal fee, no credit card. Funded by the employer-side platform.
Three audiences

Workers carry it. Employers verify it. We funded it.

The pass works the same way regardless of who's looking — but how it's accessed depends on what platform the employer runs.

Care workers
Free forever

Your credentials live in one place — on your phone. AHPRA, NDIS Worker Screening, training records, RN-signed practicals. When you start a new role, your pack travels with you. No re-uploading. No photocopied certificates. No re-verification burden.

Fully integrated

Every shift gates against pass status. Credential drift is visible across the workforce. Workers placed by our agency arrive with their pack already loaded — same data layer, no re-entry. The worker passport story is built into Shield's credential dashboard.

Portal link share

When one of our agency workers turns up at your facility, they share a secure portal link to their pass — time-bound, scoped to their record. You see the verified credential pack, expiry dates, and audit trail of when the link was viewed. No platform purchase needed to verify the worker walking through your door.

How it works with OzlerShield

Inside Shield, the pass is the credential dashboard.

For employers running OzlerShield, OzlerPass is structurally integrated. Every worker on the roster has a pass — built from the same source-verified credential data Shield uses to gate shifts. When a credential is renewed, both update. When it lapses, both flag. The worker sees their own status; the employer sees their workforce roll-up. Same data layer, two surfaces.

When a worker placed by our nursing agency arrives at a Shield-running facility, their pass is already there. No re-loading, no re-verification. The 90-second "who is this person, are they current" check at the start of a shift becomes a 5-second tap.

For workers, the pass works the same way regardless of which employer they're with. Their credentials are theirs — the trust system doesn't reset every time they change roles.

For employers without OzlerShield

Portal share. Time-bound. Verified.

Not every facility we place a worker into runs OzlerShield — yet. So we built the portal share path. The worker generates a secure link from their pass, valid for 24 to 72 hours, scoped to their record. They share it with the employer by SMS or email.

The employer opens the link in any browser. They see the verified credential pack — names, sources, statuses, expiry dates, verification timestamps. They can't edit it. They can't take it. The link expires.

No platform purchase required to verify the worker walking through your door.

What the employer sees
  • Worker name, photo, role, and the credential pack scoped to this placement
  • Each credential's source, status, and expiry — with a verification timestamp
  • PDF export option for the auditor file
  • Expiry countdown — clear when the link will close
The worker sees an audit trail of every view — when, by which employer, for how long.
FAQ

The questions workers and employers actually ask.

Yes. Every care worker in Australia can carry their OzlerPass at no charge, forever. There is no per-worker subscription, no renewal fee, no credit card. The platform is funded by the employer-side OzlerShield subscription paid by the providers who run the worker trust system.

Yes. The pass is worker-owned. Workers sign up directly, upload or import their credentials, and share the verified pack with any employer via a portal link or QR code. The employer doesn't need to be on the platform to verify what's in the pass — they just open the link.

The pass goes with them. Credential history, training records, and RN sign-offs all stay in the worker's account. The next employer can verify the pack the same way — by opening a portal link the worker shares, or via OzlerShield if they run it.

Yes. Sharing is consent-based. Workers choose what to share with each employer and for how long. Some credentials (e.g. NDIS Worker Screening status) are mandatory for the role; others (e.g. CPD log, prior employers) are optional. The worker controls the disclosure.

OzlerPass verifies credentials at the source — the AHPRA public register for nurses, the NDIS Worker Screening Database via authorised workflow, state-based WWCC registers, the National Police Checking Service. The pass shows the worker's name, the source-confirmed status, the verification timestamp, and the expiry. Fraudulent self-claimed credentials don't survive the source check.

The worker. Always. If a worker deletes their account, all their data is purged within 30 days. They can export their pack at any time as a structured PDF or JSON. Australian Privacy Principles compliance applies; data is hosted in Australia (AWS Sydney).

The worker generates a time-bound portal link from their pass — typically 24 to 72 hours, configurable. The employer opens the link in any browser and sees the verified credential pack: each credential's name, source, status, expiry, and verification timestamp. The worker sees an audit trail of when the link was viewed and by whom. Once the link expires, the employer can no longer access it.

Yes — that's the canonical use case. Every Ozler agency placement arrives with their pass already loaded. Shield customers see the pack integrated into their credential dashboard from the moment the worker is rostered. Non-Shield customers receive a portal link the same way every other employer does.

Get the pass. Or run the platform.

Workers sign up free in two minutes. Employers running OzlerShield get the pass integrated. Employers without Shield receive a portal link from one of our agency placements — and can upgrade to Shield when the volume warrants it.
