What you'll do
- Personal care and supervision in the participant's home.
- Domestic assistance, transport for shopping and appointments.
- Document care notes against the participant's Support at Home plan.
- Build trusted, ongoing relationships with the people you support.
What you need
- Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent experience.
- Driver's licence + reliable vehicle.
- Police check + NDIS Worker Screening clearance.
- First Aid + CPR current.
